Same day service, fast diagnosis and repair. Matt quickly determined that my anode rod was almost gone and gave me a quote to replace it. Several minutes later, the heater was flushed, anode replaced and I was up and running again. He even found that the gas vent had become disconnected and secured it. Highly recommended!! AAA+++

Water I had Matt come and installed my new 50 gallon water heater and I’m giving him a total five star review he cleaned up before he cleaned up after his professionalism is off the charts. I live in Las Vegas Nevada in Southern Highlands. My water heater went out at 8 o’clock this morning. It is now noon and I have a brand new water heater with hot water. I recommend Desert water heaters and mat thoroughly.

Had a Novo soft water system installed by Nick Perry. Nick is professional and his work is flawless. He was able to install the same day the quote appointment was made.
