  • Pre-existing Conditions: Damage caused by rusted pipes, brittle valves, or existing structural deficiencies that fail during or after standard service.

  • Incidental Damage: Damage to drywall, flooring, or cabinetry required to access plumbing lines, unless caused by gross negligence.
  • Total Liability: Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid for the service provided.
  1. Payment & Collections

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards and authorized financing. Failure to pay at the time of service may result in late fees or the filing of a mechanic's lien against the property as permitted by state law.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which the service is performed. Any legal disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction where ALWAYS OPEN PLUMBING LLC is registered or where the service took place.
